What I Do ?
We are experiencing a profound shift in how healthcare is delivered in the Unites States. Healthcare payment reform has recently accelerated its evolution from volume-based reimbursement to value-based payments models with variations in risk arrangements and quality metrics. I was privileged to co-found and grow one of the first and most successful Accountable Care Organizations in the country to over 40,000 active patients in the most aggressive Medicare Alternative Payments Mechanism (APM) and multiple outcomes based agreements in Medicare Advantage (MA).
As an active consultant, I advise and help direct the transition from volume to value for medical practices, multi-specialty-medical groups and Independent Physician Associations nationally. My primary focus is on the design and implementation of data driven systems which unify the fractured elements of patients health records and facilitate care-management workflows.
